"I had the privilege of seeing the '67 convertible in person. Pete was extremely gracious with his time and very accommodating. The car is a true work of art and is absolutely flawless. I'm already planning a return trip to Flagstaff when the car is done!"

P H I L O S O P H Y / Reenmachine: Re-engineered Driving Machines
The philosophy behind my cars is simple: preserve the classic lines and image that gave the Mustang its soul while infusing modern technology to bring performance, safety, reliability, and general drivability up to 21st-century standards. It is the original lines that made the Mustang a classic that has weathered the test of time, and I have no desire to attempt to make the Mustang outwardly look more like a modern car. I am not jumping on the Hollywood "Eleanor" bandwagon -- aside from the handful of legitimate GT-500Es, what are these cars going to have going for them in 10 years? Remember the baby blue ruffled tux you or your date wore to the senior prom? It seemed like the stylish move at the time, but now it's something you look back on with amusement, while the Mustang you drove to the prom is as beautiful as ever.
I am also not building a "limited production run" of virtually identical cars. You're spending your hard-earned money on a very special car, and I believe that you deserve to have it built exactly the way you want it.
It's hard to walk past a newsstand or glance at a car show on TV these days and not be bombarded by images of 500+ horsepower cars. The media and marketing companies want you to believe that you need to have outrageous power to be respected. In the vast majority of cases, that kind of power is just that - outrageous. You'll end up with a car that's loud and obnoxious, hard to drive, and wildly inefficient. That's fine if you want to go on the occasional spin around the block to impress the neighbors or if you just need to "know" it's there, but for those who prefer driving their cars to talking about them there are far more important factors to consider.
My emphasis is on chassis, handling, and all-around drivability. It's no trick to stuff a bunch of horsepower under the hood of a car and make it go fast in a straight line. The real challenge is in making that car ride and handle in such a way as to provide a truly remarkable and pleasurable driving experience. My cars combine technical innovation, exceptional build quality, and peerless handling with the image only the original classic lines can express.
In short, I don't attempt to build false value into my cars through marketing hype or huge horsepower claims, but rather to build unique, beautiful, top-quality Mustangs that are well thought out and engineered to provide a vehicle that speaks for itself.
