Where are the shipping charges?
Since many orders are custom, many items are oversize, etc., shipping and/or freight charges are not automatically calculated. You will be charged actual shipping with no added handling charges unless there is a crating fee or some other exception noted in the product listing.
What shipping methods are used?
Most orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Smaller items often are less expensive to ship via USPS Priority. BAX Global seems to offer substantially lower rates than others for larger international shipments. If you have a preference or special needs, just call or email and let us know.
How long will it take for you to ship my order?
Lead times vary and are noted in each product listing. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are custom built to order and naturally these take a bit more time. Please call or email for more detailed information when you order.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are unhappy with your purchase just let us know and we'll do what it takes to make it right. Anything new and unused in its original packaging may be returned for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you've opened it and just can't make it work, just call and email and we'll work something out. Of course, if a product is defective it doesn't matter if you've opened it -- we'll make it right.
