SHIPPING: Actual shipping charges will be added to each order. There are no "handling" fees or any other hidden markups. Default shipping is UPS Ground -- a different method may be specified at the time of purchase (additional charges may apply). A shipping quote will be furnished before the order is finalized if requested in the "notes" field. In-stock orders are typically shipped within one business day. Any delays will be communicated to the customer shortly after the order is placed. Shipping times for custom or long-lead items vary, and the customer will be kept up-to-date regarding the status of such orders.

RETURNS: All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition unless the product was found to be defective. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-authorized returns will be refused.
